·     Click on start menu.
·     Click on All programs.
·     Click on Microsoft Excel.
Or
·     Click on start menu.
·     Click on Run.
·     Types excel and press enter.


Some commend of excel

Work Book:  
      Workbook is the main document of excel. It consists of large number of worksheet.

Worksheet
      It is the main sheet of excel worksheet stands on the button of the workbook each contained  16384  columns and 1048576 Rows. 

Cell
      The combination of row and columns are cells. We type put data formulas such as financial trigonometry etc.
Click on cell to type the data (text, number,
symbols etc.) it is called active cell.
